We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (as available on our website).
What are the delivery charges?
- Riyadh: Free delivery on orders SAR 100 and above
- Jeddah: SAR 10 delivery charge
- Other cities: SAR 15 delivery charge
- All over KSA: Free delivery on orders above SAR 400
Order Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
When is exchange allowed?
Exchange is allowed only if:
- The size does not fit, or
- There is a manufacturing defect or damage

Can I return used or washed items?
No. Items that are used, washed, damaged, or have removed tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
