At UNIFIT, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are ONLY allowed under the following conditions:
- Size does not fit
- Manufacturing defect or damage
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, an alternative or refund option may be offered at UNIFIT’s discretion.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the above eligibility conditions are met.
- Products showing signs of use, washing, tag removal, or damage will not be accepted.
- Certain items such as innerwear, socks, or promotional/free items may not be eligible for return (if applicable).
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted if:
- Tags are removed
- Product is used or washed
- Damage is caused by customer misuse
- Return request is made after 7 days
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed accordingly.
- Refund timelines may vary based on payment method.
- Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to UNIFIT’s error.
